Terms of Service

An individual who is at least 18 years of age or a legally recognized entity authorized to enter into contracts, purchasing services from Furrow Host.

Game server hosting (including but not limited to Minecraft, GTA FiveM, ARK), related hosting infrastructure, and other ancillary services offered by Furrow Host. Dedicated servers and VPS may be provisioned through Furrow Host's sister brand, Inservers.host.

The Customer's registered profile with Furrow Host, used to manage, access, and administer purchased services.

This Terms of Service document, along with all policies referenced herein, as amended from time to time.

Acceptable usage parameters and restrictions applicable to the Services as set out in Clause 6 of this Agreement.

The Customer shall provide complete, current, and accurate information when creating an account.

Furrow Host reserves the right to request identity verification, including but not limited to government-issued identification, before activating or continuing services.

The Customer shall maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and shall be solely responsible for any activity conducted through their account.

Furrow Host shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from the Customer's failure to maintain account security.

Furrow Host provides Services exclusively for lawful and fair use.

Proxy/BungeeCord-only hosting is not permitted where the proxy is intended to route traffic to backend servers hosted primarily with another provider. At least 50% of the relevant backend servers must be hosted with FurrowHost.

Violation of Clause 3.2 shall result in immediate termination of the relevant services without refund.

All Services shall be subject to the Fair Use Policy in Clause 6.

Refunds may be available where FurrowHost fails to deliver the purchased service, the service is materially non-functional due to FurrowHost's fault, a verified billing error occurs, or another refund entitlement applies under the FurrowHost Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law.

• 4.2.1 Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service performance where the service is delivered as described;
• 4.2.2 Violation of the Fair Use Policy or other provisions of this Agreement;
• 4.2.3 Purchases made under discounts or promotions;
• 4.2.4 Termination due to abuse, misuse, or illegal activity.

Provided under Inservers.host and subject to its refund policies.

Refund requests must be submitted via Furrow Host's official support system.

All fees must be paid in full before service activation.

Late payments shall result in:

• 5.2.1 Suspension of services after one (1) day;
• 5.2.2 Permanent deletion of data after five (5) days;
• 5.2.3 Application of late payment fees, if applicable.

Customers are encouraged to contact FurrowHost support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the matter can be investigated and resolved where possible.

Any chargeback shall result in:

• 5.4.1 Immediate suspension of all services;
• 5.4.2 Termination of the Customer's account without refund;
• 5.4.3 FurrowHost reserves the right to respond to payment disputes through the applicable payment provider and, where appropriate, pursue remedies available under applicable law.

The Customer shall not engage in any activity that compromises the integrity, performance, or security of Furrow Host's infrastructure or the experience of other customers.

Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to:

• 6.2.1 Hosting or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• 6.2.2 Engaging in hacking, phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent activity;
• 6.2.3 Launching, participating in, or facilitating DDoS attacks;
• 6.2.4 Running cryptocurrency mining operations;
• 6.2.5 Port scanning, hosting spam/mass email servers, or botnets;
• 6.2.6 Hosting pirated game files or copyrighted material without authorization;
• 6.2.7 Running modifications, plugins, or software that cause node instability or security risks;
• 6.2.8 Using services solely for proxy/BungeeCord purposes without hosting backend servers with Furrow Host;
• 6.2.9 Sustained high CPU or RAM usage detrimental to other customers;
• 6.2.10 Storing files unrelated to the hosted game server (e.g., personal backups, large archives, unrelated media).

Furrow Host reserves the right to monitor service usage and take immediate remedial action, including suspension or termination without refund, if the Customer violates Clause 6.2.

The Customer is solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups of their data.

Furrow Host may take operational backups but does not guarantee their availability, completeness, or integrity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FurrowHost is not responsible for loss of customer data where the loss results from circumstances outside FurrowHost's reasonable control, customer actions, unsupported configurations, or the customer's failure to maintain independent backups.

Furrow Host shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service availability.

Downtime caused by maintenance, force majeure events, or the Customer's actions is excluded from any availability commitments.

Furrow Host shall provide technical support limited to server-level hosting issues, including but not limited to network connectivity, hardware faults, and control panel access.

Furrow Host shall not provide support for:

• 9.2.1 In-game administration;
• 9.2.2 Plugin or modification installation or configuration;
• 9.2.3 Gameplay assistance or troubleshooting.

Support shall be provided exclusively through Furrow Host's official communication channels.

Furrow Host complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Furrow Host may disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing material without prior notice to the Customer.

Repeat violations may result in account termination without refund.

Furrow Host may suspend or terminate any service without refund if:

• 11.1.1 The Customer violates this Agreement;
• 11.1.2 The Customer engages in illegal activity or creates a security risk;
• 11.1.3 Payment remains overdue beyond the grace period.

Promotions, discount codes, and offers are non-transferable and may not be reused unless explicitly permitted by Furrow Host.

Furrow Host reserves the right to revoke or amend any promotional offer at its sole discretion.

The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Furrow Host, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• 13.1.1 The Customer's use of the Services;
• 13.1.2 Violation of this Agreement;
• 13.1.3 Infringement of third-party rights.

Furrow Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

Furrow Host's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer for the affected service in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Agreement.

Furrow Host reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the Services following the publication of changes constitutes the Customer's acceptance of the revised terms.

Services are normally provisioned after successful payment and completion of any required verification or fraud-prevention checks.

Provisioning times may vary depending on the service purchased, server availability, payment verification, maintenance, or other operational requirements.

Furrow Host may delay or decline provisioning where a transaction appears fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or otherwise requires additional verification.

Payment alone does not guarantee immediate activation where manual verification or infrastructure availability is required.

Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected by the Customer at the time of purchase.

Where recurring billing is enabled, the Customer authorizes Furrow Host or its applicable payment provider to attempt payment for future renewal periods until the service is cancelled.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and sufficient funds for renewal payments.

Failure to cancel a recurring service before its renewal date may result in the applicable renewal charge. Refund eligibility remains subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Furrow Host may change service pricing for future billing periods. Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice will be provided before the revised price takes effect.

Furrow Host may temporarily suspend a service where necessary to protect its infrastructure, investigate abuse, address security concerns, comply with legal requirements, or resolve unpaid balances.

Where reasonably possible, Furrow Host may provide notice before suspension. Immediate suspension may occur where delay could create a security, legal, operational, or financial risk.

Suspended services remain subject to applicable charges unless Furrow Host expressly states otherwise.

After termination or expiry, Customer data may be permanently deleted following the applicable retention or deletion period. Customers are responsible for obtaining independent backups before service termination.

Services are provided with the resources and limitations described on the applicable product page or service order.

Customers must not intentionally consume resources in a manner that materially affects node stability, network performance, hardware availability, or other Customers.

Examples of excessive or abusive usage may include sustained resource consumption beyond advertised limits, intentional resource exhaustion, abusive network traffic, or activities that materially degrade shared infrastructure.

Where excessive usage is identified, Furrow Host may contact the Customer and request corrective action. In urgent cases, temporary restrictions or suspension may be applied to protect the infrastructure.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining independent backups of all important data stored on the Services.

Any backups created by Furrow Host are intended for operational or recovery purposes and should not be treated as a guaranteed replacement for Customer-maintained backups.

Backup frequency, retention periods, storage locations, and restoration availability may vary by service and may be described separately on the applicable service documentation.

Furrow Host shall not be responsible for permanent data loss where the Customer failed to maintain appropriate independent backups, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Customer retains responsibility for all files, software, configurations, databases, websites, game content, and other material uploaded, stored, or operated through the Services.

The Customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and distribute content stored or operated through the Services.

The Customer must not use the Services to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, facilitate fraud, or otherwise violate applicable law.

Furrow Host does not claim ownership of Customer content solely because such content is stored on Furrow Host infrastructure.

Customers must take reasonable steps to secure their accounts, applications, credentials, API keys, plugins, and hosted software.

Customers must promptly notify Furrow Host if they become aware of unauthorized access, compromised credentials, malicious activity, or a security vulnerability affecting the Services.

Furrow Host may temporarily restrict or suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to contain abuse, malware, attacks, compromised accounts, or other security incidents.

Customers must not attempt to bypass security controls, access systems or accounts without authorization, or interfere with the security of Furrow Host infrastructure.

Furrow Host aims to provide reliable and continuous Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a specific service-level commitment expressly applies to the purchased service.

Service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, hardware failures, network failures, upstream provider issues, software failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond Furrow Host's reasonable control.

Where applicable, service credits or other remedies for qualifying downtime shall be governed by the relevant SLA or service-specific terms.

Services may allow Customers to install or operate third-party software, plugins, modifications, operating systems, control panels, or other applications.

The Customer is responsible for complying with the licenses, terms, and usage restrictions applicable to third-party software installed or used on the Services.

Furrow Host does not guarantee the compatibility, security, availability, or continued functionality of third-party software.

The Customer may request cancellation of a Service through the official billing or support system.

Cancellation prevents future renewals where successfully processed but does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for amounts already paid.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Furrow Host Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Customers should ensure that required data has been downloaded or backed up before cancelling a Service.

Customers should contact Furrow Host support regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible.

Furrow Host may provide relevant transaction, service, and account records to the applicable payment provider when responding to a disputed transaction.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of affected Services, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Nothing in this section prevents a Customer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.

Furrow Host may collect and process personal information necessary to create accounts, provide Services, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

The collection and processing of personal information is further described in the Furrow Host Privacy Policy.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

Furrow Host shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, major network outages, infrastructure failures, power failures, government actions, war, civil unrest, cyberattacks, upstream provider failures, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances that cannot reasonably be prevented or controlled.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Failure by Furrow Host to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

This Agreement, together with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Fair Use requirements, service-specific terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the agreement between Furrow Host and the Customer concerning the Services.

Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement shall prevail only to the extent expressly stated.

Official notices regarding Services may be delivered through the Customer's account, billing panel, registered email address, support system, or other official communication channel operated by Furrow Host.

The Customer is responsible for keeping their registered contact information accurate and monitoring important service-related communications.

The Customer represents that they have the legal capacity required to enter into this Agreement and purchase the Services.

Where a Customer is not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement independently, the Services must be purchased and used with the involvement and authorization of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person, where permitted by applicable law.

Provisions which by their nature should continue after cancellation, suspension, termination, or expiry of the Services shall remain effective, including provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and applicable legal responsibilities.
